Our Rates & Terms

• Hourly Rate: £24.50 per hour

• Minimum Booking: 2 hours per visit, 8 hours per month

• Travel Concession: £6 per shift — this goes directly to your home helper to cover their travel between jobs

• Notice Period: 14 days (for changes or cancellation)

This means that a typical 2-hour shift would be £55 total (£49 for the time, plus £6 for travel).

There are no hidden fees or surprise add-ons — just a fair, transparent structure that ensures everyone is respected and fairly paid.
